Everything we sell comes from livestock born and raised on our Isleham farm. That means better welfare, better flavour, and unbeatable quality. Our shop stocks:
Meet the Breeds We Raise
Hereford Cattle
Our Herefords graze on lush local pasture and are finished on locally grown corn after weaning for optimal flavour and tenderness.
Isleham Blue Pork™ Pigs
Our pigs, including Welsh, Large White and Saddleback, are housed in straw-filled barns with access to the outdoors, allowing them to stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
Chickens
We rear day-old chicks into plump, oven-ready birds, available whole or portioned. Average weight: 2.5kg+
Lamb, Mutton & Goat
Suffolk rams and Suffolk X mules produce our lambs, while Boer goats roam our fields. Mutton is occasionally available; please ask in-store.
